Terms & Conditions – Excellence English Spoken English Course

1. Enrollment & Registration

• Students must provide accurate details such as Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number during registration.

• Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of enrollment without notice.

2. Payment Policy

• Course fees once paid are non-refundable except in the cases specifically mentioned in the Refund Policy.

• Payments must be made only through authorized payment methods available on the official platform or provided by the support team.

3. Course Access

• Course access is strictly limited to the registered student only.

• Sharing login credentials, course content, videos, PDFs, notes, or tests with others is strictly prohibited.

• Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of access without refund.

4. Course Validity

• Course access will remain active only for the validity period mentioned at the time of purchase.

• After the validity period expires, access will be automatically discontinued.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials, including videos, PDFs, notes, tests, and study resources, are the intellectual property of Excellence English.

• Copying, recording, downloading for redistribution, resale, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

6. Technical Responsibility

• Excellence English will provide reasonable support for platform-related technical issues.

• Students are responsible for maintaining a compatible device, internet connection, and required software.

7. Course Modifications

• Excellence English reserves the right to update, modify, replace, or discontinue any part of the course, fee structure, offers, validity periods, or features without prior notice.

• Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

8. Course Transfer/Change Request

• Students may request a course change or transfer by contacting the support team within 48 hours of purchase.

• Requests received after 48 hours may not be considered.

• Any fee difference arising from such changes shall be borne by the student.

• No balance amount will be adjusted or refunded.

9. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be considered only in the following situations:

• The purchased course is not provided within the promised validity period.

• The student has accidentally made duplicate payments for the same course.

No refunds will be provided for:

• Change of mind after purchase.

• Lack of usage of the course.

• Device, internet, or technical issues on the student's side.

• Failure to read course details, terms, or policies before purchase.

10. Student Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain respectful behavior during support interactions, online classes, and community discussions.

• Any abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior may result in suspension or cancellation of enrollment without refund.

• Results depend on individual effort, practice, and participation.

12. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any dispute arising from the purchase or use of the course shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
